"Barbara (Hutton)'s last days were spent at the Beverly Hills Hotel, where she was a fixture at the lobby and bar in the evenings. She would dress in an evening gown and all her jewels, diamond bracelets to her elbow and tiara firmly in place, and wait for a gentleman or lady to chat with her. They were always rewarded with a diamond ring or watch or other expensive token of her appreciation. It wasn't long before the wrong sort began to patronize the hotel, and security was forced to intervene. Several times, an eager companion would simply reach over, grab a bracelet and run."

und mit zweithaar! ich liebe szenen mit alten frauen, denen die perücke vom kopf gerissen wird. das ist so valley of the dolls! ich mach die hutton und du die olle vanderbilt!

und wir können die szene aus joan rivers' "rabid test" nachspielen! wow!
(oh es heißt "rabbit test". das andere paßte aber besser)

vanderbilt, vandermeuxe - whatever. du meinst die "eigentlich wollt ich husten"-szene? das ist in dem hohen alter gefährlich, das wird schnell feucht.

nein, ich dachte, eine kleine cameo-gastrolle für liz taylor für die szene mit der alten dame im hintergrund, die bezahlen will/soll.
